Senior Vice President of Financial Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Financial Operations will oversee FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Operations, and will be responsible for building financial discipline, actionable management reporting, and scalable processes and systems that support growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related disciplines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred
• Strong FP&A expertise, including long-range planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, performance management, and translating complex financial information into actionable business insights
• Experience overseeing Accounting functions with a solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and compliance
• Ability to navigate ERP and CRM platforms to source, validate, and analyze data in support of operational and financial decision-making
• Success operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor
• Proven ability to partner effectively with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and operational excellence
• Demonstrated experience helping businesses understand, measure, resource, and improve customer retention and long-term customer value
• Track record of building scalable financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities that support growth, accountability, and informed decision-making
