Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Community & Events Manager to lead all aspects E2E for event preparation and execution for lil sweet treat in LA.
What You Will Do
Coordinate event logistics, oversee on-site operations, serve as primary point of contact for clients, and provide professional guidance on event design and candy selections.

Must have 2-3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management, with strong project management and organizational capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a creative thinker with a passion for unique customer experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management (retail or hospitality background preferred)
