Role Overview

Lincoln Electric is a high-performance industrial machinery and technology leader who helps customers manufacture and maintain vital equipment and infrastructure. The Manager, Analytics and Data Platform will oversee a team responsible for both legacy and modern enterprise data platforms, driving the organization’s data modernization strategy.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with deep technical knowledge of enterprise data platforms, data engineering practices, and cloud-based analytics environments. This manager will be responsible for operational excellence across the data platform, including data pipeline reliability, platform monitoring, health checks, standards enforcement, cost management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics environments
• 5-7 years of people leadership experience managing technical teams
• Experience implementing or supporting Medallion Architecture concepts, including Bronze and Silver layers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
