Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator is a hands-on engineer who builds, configures, and maintains the Salesforce ecosystem powering Litmos’s go-to-market, customer experience, and revenue operations. This role will have a primary focus on marketing operations and demand generation, but must be proficient across the platform.

What You Will Do

Build scalable solutions across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud. Leverage declarative tools (Flows, configuration, and platform automation) as the primary build approach; Apex and custom code are a last resort.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments, demonstrated production experience across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud, and Agentforce experience or Salesforce AI/Agent certification required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments
• Demonstrated production experience across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Agentforce experience or Salesforce AI/Agent certification required
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (required)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
• Additional cloud-specific certifications strongly preferred: Marketing Cloud Developer, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 to ₹22,00,000 plus 10% bonus
• 10% bonus
