Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will execute marketing programs that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across LTK’s creator, consumer, and brand ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, operationally strong, and passionate about using marketing automation to power lifecycle programs and drive measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
Build, QA, and launch creator and brand campaigns across Braze and HubSpot, including emails, pushes, and in-app/notification center messages. Manage website and campaign updates tied to the broader marketing calendar and roadmap.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze and HubSpot
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate performance and drive optimization
- Experience managing marketing databases, contact segmentation, and CRM hygiene best practices preferred
