Requirements
- 3–4 years in people operations, HR administration, or a similar role
- Detail-oriented with a track record of turning manual processes into smooth employee touchpoints
- Strong data instincts and confidence in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, the works)
- Curious about technology and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
