Finance Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Analyst is a full-time member of the Finance team at Machinify. You’ll prepare recovery and operational reports, process client fee payments, reconcile client trust accounts, and help design and automate finance operations workflows using AI tools and technology.

What You Will Do

Prepare client reporting, process client fee payments, reconcile client trust accounts, investigate and resolve exception-based transactions, work with AI and technology, support clients, and collaborate and support leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Two to three years in an accounting or financial analysis role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Curiosity about technology and AI
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a natural bias toward accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical instincts
• Self-management skills
• Effective written communication
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
