Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager – Air Freight, you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and delivering value-based logistics solutions that help customers navigate increasingly complex supply chains.

What You Will Do

Identify, pursue, and secure new Air Freight business opportunities within the SME and mid-market customer segment, develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of external sales experience in international transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain services
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong consultative selling and value-based sales skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and modern sales technologies
