(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social (all genders)

We are mammaly, a leading pet supplement startup in Germany, and we’re expanding our Acquisition Team to build the best media buying team in the country. We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to lead our Paid Social efforts and drive profitable customer acquisition.

Requirements

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta)
• At least 2 years experience in E-commerce (ideally in the supplements, beauty or cosmetics segment)
• Fundament knowledge of direct response marketing and performance funnels
• Ability to analyze numbers and lead concrete hypotheses and tests from them
