Business Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team. The role will be responsible for designing, building, and operating data pipelines on our platform to enable regional data products, reporting, and analytics.

The role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines in Databricks, managing and operating workflows, supporting data quality initiatives, and executing and maintaining reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience in data operations, data quality, data governance, business operations, or analytical support
• Demonstrable practical experience with data quality processes and remediation workflows in multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Databricks) and data transformation pipeline construction
• Solid mastery of Python and SQL
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for creating or maintaining dashboards and supporting stakeholders
• Familiarity with data governance tools and concepts (catalogs, lineage, stewardship workflows), and practical understanding of metadata and data definitions
• Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate clearly with business, operations, and central teams to drive incident resolution
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously, scaling when necessary
