Role Overview
The Pricing & Sales Operations Coordinator supports pricing administration, quote accuracy, sales operations processes, and Salesforce/CRM data maintenance. This role works with Regional Sales Managers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to help maintain accurate pricing tools, improve sales processes, and support timely completion of sales operations tasks.
What You Will Do
Respond to Regional Sales Manager and Distributor inquiries regarding pricing, quotes, price sheets, and related sales operations information. Prepare, review, and coordinate quotes to support timely and accurate completion according to established procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools

- Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, distributors, and other business contacts

- Experience using a CRM, ERP, quoting, or sales operations system, or ability to learn company systems with training
