Role Overview
The Senior AI Product Ops will be responsible for end-to-end production monitoring for AI agents, tracking key metrics, and identifying issues. They will also serve as L1/L2 production support, providing first response monitoring, triage, and escalation to tech teams.

The role involves owning end-to-end production monitoring, serving as L1/L2 production support, identifying and diagnosing issues, evaluating the agent’s reasoning, and monitoring post-production reliability.
