McKesson is seeking a Sr. Digital Operations Lead to lead the operational performance, service governance, and continuous improvement of our digital workplace environment. This role is responsible for driving service excellence across workplace technologies and managed service providers while ensuring exceptional employee experiences through data-driven operational management.

Lead Digital Workplace Operations, ensuring operational stability, service quality, and continuous improvement across workplace technology services. Establish and manage service delivery governance frameworks with internal teams and managed service providers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace Operations, IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, End User Computing (EUC), or related technology operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience managing enterprise managed service providers and vendor performance.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, service reporting, incident management, and operational governance.
• Demonstrated experience managing SLAs, KPIs, operational scorecards, and service performance reviews.
• Experience leading major incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across technology operations environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support the operations.
