Senior Manager, FP&A – Strategic Procurement

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be a key finance leader within the Strategic Procurement portfolio, with primary responsibility for Formulary Programs, Sivem and NorthStar. The successful candidate will lead financial planning and analysis for these areas, partnering closely with business leaders to provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

What You Will Do

Lead financial planning and analysis activities for Formulary Programs, Sivem and NorthStar. Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet reporting, cash flow management, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, quarterly operating reviews and long-range planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Recognized professional accounting designation.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, FP&A or a related finance function, preferably within a large or global organization.
• Demonstrated people-management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop finance professionals.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong business-partnering skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems and analytical tools, including ERP systems, Excel and PowerPoint.
