Role Overview

The Business Development Manager – Surgeries will be responsible for managing city partnerships, handling operations, and building strong relationships with MD/CXO/FDs to enhance patients’ experience in partner hospitals.

What You Will Do

The role involves managing city partnerships, handling operations, building strong relationships with MD/CXO/FDs, and closing monthly AR. The Business Development Manager will also work closely with the Category team, Medical Directorate, and Doctors team to smoothen operations and achieve the right patient experience.

Requirements

• Focus, Strong prioritization skills and ability to multitask in highly charged dynamic environment
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in health care
• Ready to travel, work from anywhere and everywhere
• Problem solver and ready to take new challenges
