Role Overview
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. The role requires occasional travel and collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to improve the customer experience.
What You Will Do
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop new business with existing clients.

Requirements
- Proven 3-5 years experience in Account Management or KAM or Customer Success in B2B Industry
- Proficient level with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs in a B2B Industry
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
