Role Overview
As a Customer Operations Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for customer consulting and processing customer orders for all offline media channels. You will independently manage advertising orders, process customer orders, and maintain an overview of associated budgets and create corresponding reports. You will also be in constant exchange with other departments on cross-functional topics and actively bring new ideas and concepts into the daily business.
