Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to help drive the growth of our sales efforts in the rapidly changing local delivery industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales or marketing.
What You Will Do
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for researching companies to contact, starting relationships with potential accountants or business managers, making cold and warm phone calls, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Requirements
- Accounting/Management Background Preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- Scrappy and competitive
- Desire to drive results and improve every single day
- Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required
