Role Overview
Mekari is Indonesia’s no. 1 Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company. We need a Business Development representative to help drive the growth of our sales efforts in the rapidly changing local delivery industry.
What You Will Do
Research companies to contact, start relationships with potential managers or CEOs, craft emails, make cold and warm phone calls, manage the entire sales cycle, and collaborate with engineering and customer success teams.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented and results-focused
- Desire to drive results and improve every single day
- Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required
- 1-2 years of experience cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs / SMBs)
- Proficient with corporate productivity and with web presentation tools
- Deep self-motivation and the ability to self-manage
