Role Overview

We’re seeking an exceptional individual to help drive the growth of our sales efforts in the rapidly changing local delivery industry. As a Business Development representative, you will be responsible for researching companies to contact, building relationships with potential Managers or CEOs, and crafting emails to convey the value of our HRIS.

What You Will Do

You will make cold and warm phone calls to contacts to follow up or preempt your email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to call, giving demos & closing. You will also analyze and target new opportunities for Accounting or HR Software to grow our footprint.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives, and strong organizational skills. Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus, but is not required.

  • 1-2 years of experience cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs / SMBs)
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and with web presentation tools
  • Deep self-motivation and the ability to self-manage
