Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development (Financial Service) at Mekari, you will research companies to contact, start relationships with potential managers or CEOs, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will work with the engineering team and customer success team to deliver product feedback and feature requests, and collaborate with marketing to discover opportunities and set appointments for leads.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include making cold and warm phone calls to contacts, giving demos, and closing deals. You will also log, track, and maintain customer records, and use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.

You should be comfortable speaking to mid-level and senior executives, and have a track record of over-achieving quota. Experience selling to HR Manager, CEO, Accountant or Finance Manager is a huge plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from finance or accounting major
- 3-5 years of experience working in financial or banking industry
- Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to mid-level and senior executives
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused
