Role Overview
The People Operations Partner serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance. This role partners closely with managers and teams to support talent development, navigate change, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
What You Will Do
Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness. Lead change management initiatives, including reorganizations and workforce transitions, while supporting employee engagement and minimizing disruption.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have experience working in California, working knowledge of employment law at the federal level with the ability to interpret updates and changes at the federal, state, and local levels required.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Human Resources or Business required
- Minimum three (3) years Human Resources experience with employee relations experience required
- SHRM/HRCI certificate preferred
