Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help shape the future of global commerce. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical and product support, and managing issue resolution end-to-end.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide technical and product support, manage issue resolution, build strong client relationships, and analyze client requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, apply sound judgment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
