Role Overview
Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our team. The role will involve constructing scenarios across enterprise talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale.
What You Will Do
Build tasks involving enterprise HRIS at 5K+ to 50K+ employee scale, develop multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios, design enterprise total rewards programs, and author tasks on Fortune 500 DEI programs.

Requirements
- 5+ years in HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company, OR at a top-tier HR advisory or executive search firm serving Fortune 500 clients
- Direct experience with enterprise HRIS at scale and with multi-country workforce programs
- Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy, equity programs, and regulatory environments
