Meta is seeking a Director, Global Enterprise Sales Operations to lead critical centralized initiatives and build an AI native operational system to drive revenue.
Requirements
- Lead centralized global workstreams including Payments infrastructure, complex Deal Negotiation frameworks, and Regional Strategic execution.
- Pioneer the ‘AI-first’ sales motion, pursuing opportunities that leverage Meta’s Agentic AI capabilities.
- Establish global playbooks and best practices for technical sales.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing direct and indirect team of centralized functions.
- Contribute to aggressive revenue, pipeline, and growth targets across a diversified global enterprise portfolio.
