Director of Finance, Finance Operations and AI Enablement

Meta is seeking a Director of Finance, Finance Operations and AI Enablement to lead the transformation of our FP&A processes, systems, and tooling—placing AI technologies at the center of our strategy.

Requirements

• Partner with Finance and Engineering leadership to identify and deliver innovative AI-first solutions for Meta’s FP&A processes, systems & tooling and data architecture.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and develop and implement tangible solutions to address them.
• Identify improvement & efficiency opportunities and drive alignment & roadmaps for key planning responsibilities.
• Conduct complex data analysis on financial data to derive actionable insights that inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Manage large-scale finance transformation projects (e.g. Oracle, and AI tools).
• Help define and implement scalable financial processes related to month-end and quarter-end close, budget management, forecasting, and reporting.
