Role Overview
The Program Manager will lead AI solutions and product data operations programs that support Meta Superintelligence Lab. The role involves overseeing end-to-end data operations programs, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product teams, and ensuring high-quality data for AI-driven features.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing product data operations programs, partnering with research and engineering teams, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in data labeling and annotation workflows, and developing program documentation.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program management, data operations, or technical operations roles supporting AI, machine learning, or data-driven product development
- Fundamental understanding of AI/ML model development and the data requirements across the model lifecycle
- Experience managing cross-functional programs involving data pipelines, data labeling, annotation workflows, or AI training data quality initiatives
- Experience in analyzing operational data and communicating findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders at varying levels of leadership
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions within data or AI operations environments
