Requirements

• Define and execute the MAS roadmap for backend AT
• Partner with IT on release pipelines, environment readiness, risk mitigation, and incident management
• Translate business objectives into clear specifications and user stories
• Design, optimize, and sustain MAS scheduling logic
• Develop robust solutions using C#, Python, and SQL
• Build validation tooling and dashboards
• Perform release KPI checks and performance tuning
• Integrate with simulation/heuristics engines and coordinate cross-team integration tests
• Act as the MAS SME and guide sites to build area-level SMEs
• Track KPIs/ROI and communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to sponsors and leadership
