Role Overview
Lead the field-based New & Existing Business Sales function, driving new customer acquisition and growth within existing customer accounts through expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
What You Will Do
Lead sales activities, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, provide leadership to the sales department, establish performance goals, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership position in IT (ideally within cybersecurity, saas and email security)
- Experience in management of Commercial as well as Public Sector clients
- Demonstrable track record of successfully leading direct and indirect sales teams
- Proven ability to build integrated sales and marketing plans
- Ability to manage risks, priorities and expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven capability of developing talent from within the business
- Ability to work with and gain input and resources from multiple teams and disciplines
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive customer acquisition and account growth
- Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Results-oriented with a positive outlook
- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance and that of their team members
