Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding closed leads, advising clients on the effective use of the MoEngage platform, and growing customer relationships. You will be a product evangelist, consulting top internet companies on their growth. You will take ownership of the relationship post-sales and grow the customer, championing the product and being an evangelist.
What You Will Do
Onboard closed leads with integration support, be the point of contact for accounts, and advise clients on the most effective ways to use the MoEngage platform. You will also be responsible for taking ownership of the relationship post-sales and growing the customer.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be a good fit for this role if you have 3+ years of experience with clients or managed accounts, across technical, presales, technical account management, and have a strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem and app marketing. You should also be able to understand customer requirements and see how MoEngage can add value in various ways.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with clients or managed accounts, across Technical, Presales, Technical Account Management
- Understanding of the Mobile Ecosystem & App Marketing
- Previous experience in Success or Support Engineer role for a Saas company is a plus
- SaaS and B2B experience is must
- Ability to understand customer requirements and see how MoEngage can add value in various way
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
