Senior Manager, Sales Operations

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Planning, APAC to lead a sales strategy and planning team supporting the APAC Sales leadership team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing sales productivity, and leveraging data analysis to inform go-to-market strategy. It requires a blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, leadership, and partnership with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
