Redox is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst / Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day execution of our revenue systems and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards, pulling and prepping data for weekly and monthly operating cadences, and owning pipeline hygiene.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration in a B2B SaaS environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
- Experience supporting a sales team’s operating rhythm
- Solid analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward accuracy and follow-through
