Role Overview
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with assigned accounts within the grocery and dollar class of trade using a consultative selling approach. Identify, develop, and establish sales and profit opportunities aligned with Monogram’s manufacturing capabilities.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute business plans, lead sales efforts, conduct business reviews, and provide business solutions. Use CRM to maintain accurate customer information and generate reports on sales performance.

Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership abilities, and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Proficient use of a computer, Microsoft Office, and other related applications or software
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop interdepartmental relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of associates and customers
- Ability to analyze and interpret data into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of trade strategy, retail operation, and negotiation skills
