We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to own the operational build-out of our merchant acquiring product. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of chargebacks, reconciliations, and hardware support, as well as collaboration with the product team to shape the future of product operations at Monzo.
Requirements
- Significant experience in operations for an acquirer or card acceptance provider
- Understanding of the lifecycle of a card transaction from the merchant’s perspective
- Experience tackling the complexity of physical card machines
- Knowledge of scheme rules, PCI-DSS, chargeback processes, and fraud risks for acquiring
- Analytical skills and ability to develop scalable operational strategies
- Collaboration and communication skills
