Events & Marketing Manager

Role Overview

MoonPay is looking for an Events & Marketing Manager to help bring our brand to life through world-class sponsorships, activations, and partner experiences. This role will support the planning and execution of high-impact moments across crypto, culture, sports, and entertainment.

What You Will Do

Support the planning and execution of sponsorships, branded activations, and events, ranging from major crypto conferences and MoonPay’s X Games partnership to bespoke partner experiences. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and briefing materials to support the successful delivery of activations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in events marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential marketing, ideally within crypto, technology, sports, or entertainment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with external vendors, agencies, venues, and event partners to support successful event delivery.
• Experience working closely with creative teams, including developing briefs, reviewing creative assets and proofs, and supporting the production of branded merchandise and printed materials.
• Proactive, resourceful, and highly organised, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
