Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of practical experience in the operational development of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising)
- Excellent understanding of Web Analysis Tools (GA4 and/or Matomo)
- Safe handling of the Google Tag Manager as well as a solid understanding of data streams and feed management
- Holistic Mindset: ability to think beyond the edge, understand the Customer Journey, and take on responsibility for the big picture
- Communication: clear, empathetic, and safe in German and English (C-Level) and see yourself as a strategic partner, not just a service provider
