Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will own marketing performance across dedicated personal injury litigation areas, including maritime, medical malpractice, nursing home, and workers’ compensation. The role will work out which part of the marketing process is causing underperformance and take the fix to the team that owns that step.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for performance, diagnosis, testing, budget and forecast, intake partnership, creative and messaging briefs, and reporting to leadership.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in marketing or digital media management, including direct accountability for a budget and an outcome metric. They will also have experience with brand and direct response marketing, and an understanding of how they work together.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing or digital media management
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Hands-on analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with brand and direct response marketing
  • Judgment under uncertainty
  • Record of moving work forward through people you do not manage
