Requirements
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in people operations or a related discipline
- Proven ability to own complex, compliance-driven processes end-to-end
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing multi-step programs involving external vendors and internal partners
