Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financially informed analytical support to assigned divisions, understand the financial and accounting impact of business processes, and deliver timely and accurate accounting and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide finance forecasting and reports, conduct financial analyses, determine the financial impact/ROI of revenue initiatives/strategic business decisions, and create and apply reporting templates.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field, and experience with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) principles, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.

Requirements

• Completion of a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field
• Professional designation or advanced degree (CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar)
• Demonstrated progressive experience as a financial analyst
• Experience with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications
