Role Overview
The Senior Enablement Manager – Personal Bank will act as an integrator across teams, using data, structured governance, and strong stakeholder engagement to help functions deliver their goals efficiently and consistently. This role will drive cultural alignment and “one team” behaviours across sites and regions.
What You Will Do
The Senior Enablement Manager – Personal Bank will be responsible for business performance tracking, presentation and executive communication, PMO governance and operational discipline, strategic initiative management, and workforce planning and management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, Finance, or related fields.
- 5-8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, transformation, operations, or strategy roles.
- Strong PMO capabilities: project planning, risk management, reporting, governance, and delivery follow-through.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation development (PowerPoint, storytelling).
- High analytical ability with experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards.
- Strong organisational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and constant change.
- Strong familiarity with technology delivery processes (Agile, dev cycles, release management, risk/vulnerability lifecycle), with the ability to interpret engineering metrics and ask the right questions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive executive information with discretion and trust.
