The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for driving commercial effectiveness, process discipline, and scalable revenue performance across EP product lines at NAES, a leading operator of power facilities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or related roles within power generation, EPC, or industrial markets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- High attention to detail and operational rigor
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Change management and process improvement mindset
