Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives for Native in Singapore and globally. This senior-level role is instrumental in shaping Native’s trajectory by identifying high-impact business opportunities, fostering key strategic partnerships, and spearheading market expansion efforts.
What You Will Do
Define and execute high-level strategies to expand Native’s market presence, build and nurture strategic relationships with DeFi protocols, dApp developers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders, spearhead Native’s entry into new markets, lead high-value deal negotiations, and drive sustained revenue growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Extensive experience in the fintech, blockchain, or DeFi industry
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, the DeFi ecosystem, and liquidity infrastructure
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement high-impact business strategies
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams toward achieving business goals
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
