NearSource is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making for enterprise-scale platforms. The role involves advanced analytics, scalable data processing, and business intelligence development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Drive end-to-end data analysis to support strategic business decisions
• Design and execute scalable data processing workflows using PySpark and SQL
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Looker
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data models
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven product enhancements
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Independently lead analytics initiatives with minimal supervision
