Principal Product Marketing Manager – Enterprise

Role Overview

Nebius is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to set the direction for our enterprise story, leading the narrative, messaging, and go-to-market strategy to turn Nebius’s full-stack differentiation into pipeline and revenue with mid-market and enterprise buyers.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include setting the enterprise narrative and positioning strategy, leading enterprise go-to-market strategy across products and launches, designing and owning the enterprise customer journey, building the enterprise business case, driving enablement strategy and field adoption, owning competitive and category positioning, leading the enterprise content and proof strategy, elevating communications, analyst, and investor narratives, and championing the voice of the customer.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record leading enterprise go-to-market in cloud infrastructure or AI infrastructure, and demonstrated experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional launches across multiple products or product lines.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product marketing
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML workflows and the AI cloud infrastructure stack
• Proven ownership of the enterprise segment across the marketing lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional launches across multiple products or product lines
• Hands-on experience designing and orchestrating multi-stage enterprise customer journeys
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML workflows and the AI cloud infrastructure stack
• Experience building and running sales and partner enablement at scale
• Fluency with the enterprise buying process and its stakeholders
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Experience mentoring or leading product marketers or cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
