Marketplace Growth Associate

Role Overview

As a Marketplace Growth Associate, you’ll work with Neighbor’s hosts to make their listings stronger and easier to find, helping them earn steady, growing income. You’ll be one of the people making the marketplace grow in every city we serve.

What You Will Do

You’ll make outbound phone calls with hosts, help them set up a Google Maps pin, tighten photos and descriptions, get the price right, and build up reviews. You’ll also run the signage program, track results, and find ways to make the whole thing work better.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to communicate with customers professionally and in a neighborly way, especially over the phone
• Ability to follow a process while spotting ways to improve it
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work without significant oversight
