Director of Total Rewards & People Operations

Role Overview

The Director of Total Rewards & People Operations will own the strategy and execution of our people infrastructure, driving outcomes that advance company priorities by building compensation expertise in-house, designing scalable people programs, and ensuring operational excellence across our systems and processes.

What You Will Do

This role will cover four key areas critical to the success of the People function and business: Total Rewards Strategy & Execution, People Operations Excellence, Program Operations & Enablement, and Team Leadership.
