Key Account Manager

Shape the Future of Payments with Nets part of Nexi Group in 2026. The role of Key Account Manager is to manage and grow a portfolio of large and strategic retail and e-commerce accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Key Account Management, strong commercial acumen, and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management
  • Solid experience from direct sales and large account management, preferably within retail, e-commerce, telco, payments, or SaaS solution
  • Relevant knowledge and experience from Payment, FinTech, IT or Telco industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at C-level
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and digital payment trends
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients in retail, travel, or subscription-based businesses
  • Knowledge of acquiring, fraud prevention, and omnichannel payment solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for client pitches and internal reporting
  • On a personal side you are proactive with strong influencing skills, and a persistent and systematic approach
  • You can think outside the box and bring novel ideas to the table
  • You adapt to change and embrace new and disruptive ideas and strategies
