Role Overview

The Director of Product Marketing will own the case for why customers choose Nextiva, building and defending a clear view on why customers choose us, segment by segment. This role will lead a small team of product marketers and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You Will Do

The Director of Product Marketing will own the Market Thesis, Get the Evidence Yourself, Make the Story Stick, Pick the Launches That Matter, Arm the Sales Floor, Know the Competition, and Build the Team.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Communications, CX, contact center, or AI background
  • Real customer-facing experience
  • Comfort with numbers
  • Technical fluency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
