The Analytics Customer Success team at NIQ is looking for a Customer Success Analyst to develop data analysis and presentations for Tech & Durables customers.

Requirements

  • Develop analyses according to client briefing
  • Update routine presentations and prepare overviews and business issues
  • Manage recurring deliveries to each client
  • Attend to client requests and offer visibility to managers and internal partners on critical topics
  • Support and monitor the progress of analytical quality issues
