Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead Noctrix Health’s global marketing strategy and execution. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for building brand awareness, accelerating market adoption, driving customer acquisition, and supporting sustainable revenue growth across both healthcare provider and consumer audiences.

Define and evolve the company’s brand strategy, positioning, messaging architecture, and category leadership narrative. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate, commercial, and product objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within medical device, digital health, healthcare technology, consumer health, or wearable technology industries
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth engines and customer acquisition programs
  • Experience launching innovative products and building category-defining brands
  • Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems, regulatory environments, clinical marketing, and reimbursement dynamics
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, performance marketing, product marketing, and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and measuring performance against business objectives
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics solutions
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across executive leadership, product, clinical, commercial, and operational teams

  • Base Pay: >$240,000 (commensurate to experience) per year + Annual performance bonus
